About Studio M Interiors
Studio M Interiors’ design philosophy was borne of the desire to feel in control in the midst of growing up in a chaotic family. “The design talents of my mother and my aunt & uncle (interior designer and home builder) gave me the opportunity to experience this. The feelings that those spaces invoked in me made me realize that design can carry significant influence over people’s emotions. Strong architectural structure and clean furniture lines gave me a sense of strength, order, and peace. Moody or dramatic creations, such as a dark room or mixed media wall installation, invoked excitement or drama; the type of drama you wanted to put on display rather than the type you wanted to conceal. Looking back, I didn’t fully realize until I was an adult how important it is for our environment to reflect the space that we need or desire.”

Melissa founded the company in 2014. She is a national award-winning designer, Certified interior decorator, an associate of Interior Design Society and a member of Southlake Design Society. Melissa brings an analytical approach to both her creative ideas and budget planning. She started her career in the corporate real estate investment world. Customer service and a sensible business approach are engrained into her values. From conception to completion, attention to detail ensures exceptional results.
